摘要
目的:建立续断药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为续断药材质量控制提供有效方法。方法:采用HPLC测定10个不同产地的续断药材,制定指纹图谱。色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS-BP(250mm×4.60mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸水线性梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:220nm;进样量:20μL;柱温:25℃。结果:10个不同产地续断药材的指纹图谱相似度较高,有18个共有峰,各共有峰之间的分离度较好。结论:不同产地续断的化学组成存在一定差异,固定产地来源对保障续断药材质量的稳定性极为重要。续断药材的指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,可用于续断药材的鉴别和质量控制。
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Dipsacus asperoides for quality control of the herbal medicine.Method:Ten batches of Dipsacus asperoides were measured by the RP-HPLC,and their fingerprints were obtained.The analysis was performed on a SinoChrom ODS-BP analytical column(250mm×4.60mm,5μm) with acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phases in gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 220nm,the injection volume was 20μL,and the column temperature was 25℃.Resul...
