摘要
通过四种典型光响应经验模型在两种丛生竹上的应用及其光合效率参数的变化,探讨了几种光响应模型的适用性。结论:①马来甜龙竹的饱和光照强度和最大净光合速率都大于勃氏甜龙竹,需要更进一步研究利用马来甜龙竹光合作用的特性;②通过一种模型来确定其参数模拟值是否适合和是否表达了目标物种的光合作用特性是比较困难的,而利用校正R2(决定系数)来衡量模型的适合性有待商榷;③指数函数模型中,发现=c,即低光下光化学量子效率就是光补偿点出的量子效率;④0c=AQY是计算过程中的一个假象,非直角双曲线和直角双曲线模型可以解释植物在低光区的光响应非线性过程。
Several empirical models of light-response curve of leaf net photosynthesis,such as non-rectangular hyperbolic model,rectangular hyperbolic model,prompted rectangular hyperbolic model and index function model,were tested in this paper.It improved the understanding to such an extent that relatively simple biochemically based models could adequately describe the processes that occured at leaf level.In order to compare their fitness,the four traditional models were applied in two sympodial bamboos,i.e.Dendroca...
