慢性肾衰营养不良大鼠血浆神经肽的表达及复方α-酮酸的干预 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察慢性肾衰营养不良大鼠血浆神经肽(NPY)水平和下丘脑NPY基因表达,及复方α-酮酸对其的影响。方法5/6肾切除配合4%酪蛋白饮食制作慢性肾衰营养不良大鼠模型,造模成功后大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、复方α-酮酸组。灌胃4周后放免法检测血浆NPY和半定量RT-PCR法检测下丘脑NPY基因表达。结果模型组血浆NPY显著升高,而下丘脑NPY基因表达显著下降,相关分析血浆NPY与下丘脑NPY呈显著负相关,复方α-酮酸组血浆NPY显著降低,NPY基因表达显著上升。结论慢性肾衰大鼠存在高NPY血症,NPY与慢性肾衰营养不良关系密切,复方α-酮酸可上调下丘脑NPY基因表达,降低血浆NPY水平,从而改善慢性肾衰营养不良。 Objective To investigate the effects of α-keto acid on the expression of neuropeptide Y in malnutrition rats with chronic renal failure.Methods SD rats received 5/6 nephrectomy and were fed with 4% casein to establish models of malnutrition with chronic renal failure.Serum albumin,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,type-1 insulin like growth factor and body weight of the rats were measured.The rat models were randomized into chronic renal failure group,α-keto acid group and normal control group,and after a 4-we...
