摘要
介绍了新型轴向磁场调制型永磁磁力齿轮的工作机理。根据样机技术指标和设计方案,采用二维动态场的双转动域与三维静态场的时步有限元法计算其电磁性能。与样机试验数据进行比较,验证了样机设计的可行性和合理性,同时验证了有限元算法的准确性。
The operation mechanism of the new axial-field flux modulation magnetic gear is presented.According to the specifications and the design of the prototype gear,its electromagnetic performance is computed with 2D transient field dual-rotating and 3D static field time-step method.In comparison with the experimental results,the feasibility and rationality of the prototype design are validated as well as the precision of the finite element analysis.
