摘要 微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类高度保守、长度约为16~29nt的内源性非编码RNA。microRNAs既可作为促癌基因参与恶性肿瘤的发生和发育过程,又可作为抑瘤基因控制恶性肿瘤的形成,在肿瘤的发生和发展中起着重要的作用。现已发现若干microRNAs直接参与胃癌的发生和发展,microRNAs表达谱与胃癌的分期、进展和预后等密切相关。因此,microRNAs的研究对于阐明胃癌相关基因的功能和胃癌癌变的分子机制具有重要的意义,作为一类新的分子靶,microRNAs应用于胃癌的诊断和生物治疗将具有非常广阔的前景。 Small RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs) are a class of very conserved and about 16~29 nt endogenous non-coding RNAs.MicroRNAs inhibit mRNA translation or promote sequence-specific cleavage to regulate post-transcriptional gene expressions.MicroRNAs can be used as a oncogene to induce the occurrence and development of malignant tumors,but also as a tumor suppressor gene to control the formation of malignant tumors.They play an important role in the carcinogenesis.To date,a number of microRNAs have been found directly i...
