摘要
建构主义学习理论强调的是知识的建构性,其核心观点是强调学习的主动性,是一种"以我为中心",自我建构的学习观。建构主义学习理论不仅非常适合于高校图书馆人力资源的管理与开发,而且有利于创建"学习共同体"、提升图书馆人力资源的整体知识水平。
