摘要
在新时期,领导干部和媒体之间接触与交流的机会越来越多,所以党中央适时地提出提高领导干部与媒体打交道的能力是具有重要意义的。提高这种能力,是国际舆论格局发展的必然要求,是传播媒介不断发展的必然要求,是建设高素质干部队伍和提高党执政能力的迫切要求。为此,政府、媒体、受众都要为提高领导干部同媒体打交道能力营造良好的环境;同时,领导干部自身也要致力于提高同媒体打交道的能力。
