摘要
介绍了由锁相技术的芯片ADF4157研制小数分频频率合成器的原理和设计方法。单片机AT89C51作为外围电路,解决了频率合成器中大的鉴相频率与小的频率间隔之间的矛盾,电路简单实用。仿真数据结果表明,不恶化相位噪声,环路开环增益与相位裕量比较好,频率分辨率有了提高。
This article introduced the principle and design method of decimal division frequency synthesizer which was developed from the phase lock technique chip ADF4157.The Monolithic integrated circuit ATS9C51 was taken as the peripheral circuit,which solved the contradiction between the big phase demodulation frequency and the small frequency interval in the frequency synthesizer.The elctrical circuit is simple and practical.The simulation results indicated that it does not worsen the phase noise characters,the l...
