摘要
对某石油化工厂碳四装置醚化甲醇水洗回收系统的腐蚀原因进行了调查,通过分析腐蚀失效件的腐蚀形貌特点,检测塔体内液体的组成,结合生产工艺条件初步认为失效的原因是冲刷腐蚀。根据分析结果提出了相应的设备防护对策。
The causes of corrosion of etherified methanol water wash recovery system in C4 unit in a petrochemical plant are investigated.It is concluded from the analysis of morphology of failed parts,testing of liquid composition in the tower body and operating conditions that the failure was caused by erosion corrosion.Effective countermeasures to prevent equipment corrosion are proposed on the basis of analysis.
