摘要
工作面支架压力的实时监测系统采用单片机采集支架压力信号,电流环通信方式,监测数据直接传送到地面,由地面主机中的压力分析专家系统进行压力数据的处理,合出各种分析结果.专家分析软件对监测信息进行实时分析,对矿山压力的监测和支架的支护质量、顶板压力进行客观、量化的分析,有利于顶板管理.
Real time moniforing system of supporter pressure on working f ice was builf by MCU to sample the pressure signal, transmit data to the surface using current loop. On the surface the pressure was analyzed using cxpert system to process the pressure data and output different results. Expert system would analyze the information c f mining pressure, the quality of suporting and the roof pressure in quantity, It is benefit for the management of the roof.
