摘要
坚持民主思想是中国共产党强调执政能力建设的根本原因。坚持民主思想决定了中国共产党加强执政能力建设的关键是坚持“三个代表”重要思想,因为中国共产党的民本思想是“三个代表”重要思想的题中应有之义;“三个代表”重要思想深刻地揭示了中国共产党实践和实现民本思想的根本途径以及依靠力量。
Taking the people as the foundation and root of the state is central to the CPC'S ruling power.The key to the CPC'S strengthening its ruling is to ad here to the important thought of 'Three Represents'because it is already contain s the underlying thought that the people is the foundation and the root of a sta te.'Three Represents'thery profoundly reveals the approach to the CPC'S practice and realization of the taking-the-people-as-the-foundation thought.
