摘要
法治对道德建设的推动是通过法治运行的四个环节来具体发挥作用的。越是完善的发达的法治,对道德建设的推动作用愈大。因此,当务之急乃在于健全法治,以充分发挥其应有的推动道德建设的作用。
The law-based ruling pushes forward the moral construction through f our links by which it goes. The more perfect and developed the law-based ruling is, the greater its effect on moral construction is. Therefore, the law-based ruling should be developed in all respects urgently and play a proper role in pu shing the moral construction.
