摘要
根据辩证唯物主义的基本原理 ,在犯罪综合动因论已有论述的基础上 ,论述主体因素间、主体外因素间以及主体内外因素间的相互作用 ,进一步阐述主体内外因素在犯罪心理形成中的地位和作用 。
According to the basic principles of the dialectical materialist theory, the interaction among subject factors, among factors outside subject and between the two kinds of factors and the factors' position and function in the formation of crime psychology are discussed for the sake of revealing the formation mechanism of crime psychology, which is based on the original discussion of the comprehensively dynamic cause theory of crime.
