摘要
我国以现代远程技术手段实施的高等教育应该说是处在初级运行阶段,名称可谓纷杂。作为正在成为高等教育大众化的主干力量,称谓的归正是非常重要的。本文在追溯我国以远程技术手段实施的高等教育称谓沿革的基础上,提出应该把名称定为“远程高等教育”的缘由,并对远程高等教育作为一种“无边界的高等教育”的特征进行了分析。
Higher education implemented in China with modern distance technical means is still in an initial stage, in which various appellatives can be found. However, correct definition of appellatives appears very important as it is becoming the main force in popularizing higher education. In this paper, the author, based on tracing back to the appellatives used for higher education with distance technical means, gives the reasons for defining its appellation to “distance higher education”. Analysis is also made to the features of distance education as a kind of “non-boundary higher education.”
