摘要
建设社会主义法治国家,必须建设一个法治政府。法治政府的建设又以行政公开为重要标志。因为行政公开不仅是法治政府的价值取向、存在前提、重要工作,亦是法治政府建设的重要途径。
To build a socialist country ruled by law, we, at first, must set up a government ruled by law, which is symbolized by open administration. The reason is that open administration is not only the value-orientation of the former, the prerequisite to its existence, and also its significant work and an important approach to realize it.
