摘要
江泽民在我国现代化建设的实践中 ,继承和运用了邓小平的法治思想 ,并进一步创造性地发展了法治思想 ,他明确提出了“依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家”的治国方略 ,阐明了加强和改善党的领导是依法治国的根本保证 ,分析了实现依法治国的基本途径 ,提出了依法治国与以德治国相结合的思想。
The new development of Jiang Zemin 's theory of rule of law is the advance of the idea of rule by law and governing strategy that constructs socialist nation under the rule of law,the establishment the relation of the unity of the Party and the strategy of rule by law,the way to achieve the strategy of rule by law,the emphasis of the unity of law and morality. The new contribution of Jiang Zemin's theory of rule of law has many significant meanings.
