摘要
随着我国高等教育从精英教育阶段到大众教育阶段的高速发展,每年高校的毕业生人数将会按比例快速增长,所以解决好毕业生就业问题是各高校面临的重要工作。就现状而言,高职高专毕业生就业情况并不理想。为此,经国务院同意,劳动保障部、教育部和人事部共同制定并下发了《关于进一步推动职业学校实施职业资格证书制度的意见》,这对推动各高职高专院校的教学改革向更深层次发展,促进师资队伍建设,提高学生职业技能水平,提高毕业生就业率具有深远的现实意义。
With the rapid development of higher education in our country from the stage of the talent education to the stage of the popular education, the number of graduates from colleges and universities per year has been increasing.
