摘要
根据双卧轴搅拌机的结构特点,分析了搅拌装置存在的低效区缺陷,提出了双排叶片的搅拌装置改进方案,并在自行设计的样机上进行了试验验证.结果表明,改进后的搅拌装置,能够显著改善低效区的搅拌性能,提高混凝土的搅拌质量.研究成果也可应用于其他类型的圆筒式强制搅拌机.
According to the structural characteristics of the twin-shaft mixer,this paper analyzed the defect of mixing inefficient zone existing in the mixing mechanism.An improvement measure of double-row blades was put forward.Based on the prototype,test research was conducted.The results indicate that the new mixing mechanism can improve mixing performance of the inefficient zone.The achievement can also be applied to other types of forced mixer with cylindrical mixing trough.
