Analysis and Study of Data Processing Technique of Complex Surface Based on Three-Coordinate Measurement Machine

摘要 数据处理是逆向工程中一项重要的技术环节,它决定着模型重建过程能否准确、顺利地进行.基于三坐标测量机所得测量数据,对测头半径补偿、噪声点和异常点的处理及数据平滑和对齐等问题进行了研究,提出了基于测量基准点的对齐方法和基于实体的坐标系对齐方法. Data processing is an important technique in reverse engineering,determining the quality and preci- sion of reconstruction model.Probe compensation,data filtering and smoothing,multi-data aligning are ana- lyzed based on coordinate data from three-coordinate measurement machine.Figure-based aligning method is given.
