摘要
以城市绿地微缩景观的上海市植物园为研究对象,在调查典型植物群落土壤物理化学性质、养分的基础上,还分析了其土壤的微生物特性。研究结果表明,对于城市绿地土壤而言,上层土壤有机质、碱解N、速效K、有效P的含量均比下层高,但土壤理化性质和养分与土壤微生物特性(微生物数量、微生物量碳、微生物量氮、酶活性等)之间并不具有较好的相关性。分析其原因,可能一方面与其自肥作用有关,另一方面可能由于管理方式不同所引起的。
Shanghai Botanical Garden could be regarded as a miniature of urban green space, and the physicochemical properties, fertility and microbial characteristics of the soils sampled from the typical plant communities in the garden were studied.
