摘要
为了监控海水中亚硝酸盐的污染,建立了一种简单、精确、灵敏的反向参比流动注射分光光度法(rrFIA)测定海水中的亚硝酸盐。方法基于亚硝酸盐(NO2-)与磺胺-N(1-萘基)-乙二胺(END)偶合生成紫色染料,在525nm波长下进行光度检测,定量检测样品中NO2-浓度。进行了测定条件的优化。在最佳实验条件下,该方法在2.0~50.0μg/L的范围内,NO2-浓度与峰高成良好线性关系,检出限为0.7μg/L相对标准偏差为0.844%。实验表明,这种方法适合自动连续测定海水中的NO2-的含量。
In order to monitor the pollution of nitrite in seawater,a simple,accurate and sensitive reverse reference flow injection analysis(rrFIA) spectrophotometric method for determination of nitrite(NO 2-) in seawater is proposed in this paper.The method is based on the coupling reaction between NO 2-and sulfanilamide-N-1-naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride(END).The absorbance of the complex is measured by optical detector at 525 nm.rrFIA variables affecting the system are also discussed.Under the optimal cond...
