摘要
利用光谱技术,结合研制专用磨合油和改进磨合工艺,对YZ4102QE型柴油机的磨合过程进行综合研究,并通过试验前后摩擦副的拆检以及主要检测数据的对比分析,验证光谱技术监测磨合过程的有效性。结果表明:扬州柴油机厂专用磨合油和新磨合规范有明显促进磨合的效果,可以在提高磨合质量的同时,节省一半以上的磨合时间;光谱技术是实现柴油机台架磨合过程状态监控简便可行的分析手段。
By spectrographic technique, the running-in process of YZ4102QE-type diesel engine was studied synthetically according to the development of special running-in oil and the improvement of running-in technology.
