摘要
对DMF法1,3-丁二烯工艺关键的一萃塔的操作条件进行了分析对比,确定DMF法丁二烯装置中萃取精馏塔溶剂比的限制因素,并使用此限制因素对某新装置的特定碳四进料进行了一萃塔溶剂比优化。结果表明:优化后的装置总能耗降幅达8.2%,达到了很好的节能效果。
Through the analysis of operation conditions of first extraction column of DMF 1,3-butadiene process,the constrain factors of solvent ratio of extraction column in DMF 1,3-butadiene unit were determined, and solvent ratio of first extraction column with specified C_4 feed was optimized with constrain factors. The energy consumption has been reduced by 8.2%after optimization and good results have been achieved.
