[目的]研究普洱茶醇提物对几种植物病原菌的抑菌活性,为普洱茶在农业病害防治方面的应用提供参考。[方法]利用菌丝生长速率抑制法研究普洱茶醇提物对水稻纹枯病、西瓜枯萎病、棉花枯萎病、棉花黄萎病4种植物病原菌的抑制作用。菌丝生长抑制率=(对照组菌丝生长直径-处理组菌丝生长直径)/(对照组菌丝生长直径-菌饼直径)×100%。[结果]普洱茶醇提物对水稻纹枯病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、棉花枯萎病菌和棉花黄萎病菌均有一定的抑制作用。其中,对水稻纹枯病抑制作用最好,其EC50为1435.5mg/L;对棉花枯萎病的抑制作用最小,其EC50为3013.0mg/L。[结论]普洱茶醇取物在植物病害防治和新型杀菌剂开发方面具有潜在功能。
