摘要
罗尔斯"自由优先于德性"的论题反映了在制度化趋势空前加强的现代社会,制度伦理研究已成为伦理学研究的范式转移。在道德建设实践中,由于德性伦理自身的优势,德性伦理在地位上高于制度伦理,但由于制度伦理的基础性,制度伦理在程序上又要先于德性伦理。在处理好制度伦理建设的基础上,需要培育和塑造具有完全道德意义的德性伦理。
Rawls idea of "freedom has precedence over virtue" shows that a normal formula has changed on research of ethics of institutions in the modern society which it has institutionalization.In virtue practice,as result of its own advantage,the ethics of virtue is above ethics of institution,but as result of basic,the ethics of institution has precedence over the ethics of virtue on the procedures.Based on better contraction of ethics of institution,the ethics of virtue which has full virtue should be fostered a...
