摘要
博弈论是近年来在管理实践中广泛研究和应用探索的学科。企业绩效考核评价问题中存在大量考核与被考核双方的博弈现象,将博弈论方法应用于企业绩效考核评价分析,构建基于博弈论的绩效考核评价模型,能显著提高企业绩效考核评价的科学性和有效性。
Game theory has been extensively used in research and practice in recent years in the management in recent years.There are a lot of gamble phenomenon to both evaluator and evaluatee in Evaluation of Enterprise Performance Assessment.It can significantly improve enterprise performance appraisal by using the model based on game theory.
