摘要
坚持系统论的观点,以质量文化为导向,坚持制度化、规范化的教学质量管理,确保教学质量管理程序化运行,从决策层、管理层和执行层等纵向组织层面,构建教学质量监控长效机制,从建立标准体系、责任体系、服务体系和监督体系等横向职能层面,对之予以维护和完善,发挥其对教学与管理工作的昭示、诊断、调节、维护和保障作用。
