介绍了兖矿7.63m焦炉概况,从焦炉结构、焦炉设备、焦炉加热煤气、焦炉操作及入炉煤挥发分等影响因素方面分析了兖矿7.63m焦炉炉顶空间温度高的原因,总结了降低炉顶空间温度的各项措施:提高推焦均匀性、加强四大车及炉门维护、加强装煤和上升管清理、降低入炉煤挥发分及加强热工调节等,并对降低7.63m焦炉炉顶空间温度提出了几点建议。
