摘要
宜兴百合属于卷丹(Lilium lancifolium Thunb)的变种.对宜兴百合和野生的卷丹根尖染色体进行Giemsa C-带分析,结果表明这两种百合的C-带带纹极为相似,绝大部分染色体都显示出明显的带纹,其中一对染色体显示出三条较强的带纹,三条染色体在长臂中部具有很强的中间带,三条染色体在着丝点区域有很强的带纹,同时在其长臂的近末端各有一条较弱的带纹.说明Gi-emsa C-带带型在同一物种内具有相对稳定性,因此,可以作为鉴定种质资源的一种方法.
Yixing lily is one variety of lilium lancifolium thumb.In this study,chromosomes from root tips of these two materials were compared by Giemsa C-banding analysis.The result showed that their karyotypes were resembling to a great extent.Clear bandings were shown in most of the chromosomes.Three strong points were shown on one pair of the chromosomes and very strong points were shown on the long arms of the three chromosomes.Strong centromeric points and acrocentric points were also shown in the three chromos...
