摘要
光在生物组织中的传播是一个复杂的过程,研究组织中光分布对于医学诊断、治疗有很重要的意义。本研究用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了高斯光束和平圆光束入射生物组织,计算了漫反射率、漫透射率及光吸收能量密度和光能流率随组织厚度和半径的变化情况。结果表明:入射的平圆光束的漫反射率和漫透射率比高斯光束变化慢,透射出组织的光子比反射出去的光子沿半径方向扩散更远,高斯光束能量分布更为集中,中心位置处能量吸收密度和光能流率均高于平圆光束,光能流率比光吸收能量密度变化平滑。
