摘要
采用丙烯酸类、硅类化合物合成制备了一种低温促染剂,并分别应用于羊毛纤维的低温染色和常规沸染,测试了上染率、皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度等技术指标.结果表明:在85℃下染色,当促染剂用量为1.5%(o.w.f)时,染料上染率、色牢度等指标均达到常规沸染水平,而纤维损伤则大大低于常规沸染.
A new type low-temperature dyeing accelerant for wool was synthesized.In contrast with the traditional dyeing process,the accelerant was used in low temperature dyeing of wool fabrics.And the dye-uptake percentage,rubbing and soaping fastness were examined.The results showed that the dyeing performance in lowtemperature dyeing process was equal to that of the traditional dyeing method,while the damage of wool fibers decreased obviously.
