摘要
本文从炭阳极组装车间质量控制的要素,分析阳极炭块中灰分、磷生铁产生的原因及控制方法,通过对阳极组装车间的设备改造,有效的清除软残极及组装块表面的磷生铁,减少杂质对电解及成型的影响,提高电解铝铝液的质量。
This article analyse the cause and the control method of the ash content and pig iron containing phosphorus in positive pole s blocky graphite with regard of the quality control in composing beltline,through a set of function optimization for composing beltling,we can effectivility clean up the pig iron containing phosphorus in the surtace of flexible remnant and new blocky graphite,reduce the effect of the foreign matter on electrolyzation and forming,increasing the quality of electrolytic aluminium liquid...
