摘要
针对压力容器筒体上开有大直径孔后,其接管与筒体的相贯区会有高应力集中产生这一问题,采用有限元数值计算方法分析了接管与筒体的壁厚比对大开孔周边应力的影响规律。分析结果表明较小的壁厚比会加剧相贯区的局部塑性行为,随着壁厚比的增大,同一部位的应力集中会迅速衰减,但沿着筒体和接管的轴向长度,各壁厚比的应力集中分别在Z/R为1.75和x/r为0.7的范围内衰减到同一大小。
Considering the high stress concentration in the nozzle-vessel junction when a large opening is machined in the pressure vessel, finite element method is adopted to investigate the stress distribution around the junction due to different nozzle-vessel thickness ratios. The results show that a serious local plastic behavior occurs in nozzle-vessel junction for the structure with small thickness ratio.
