瑞芬太尼或芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术麻醉的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较瑞芬太尼或芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术的麻醉和苏醒效果。方法30例声带息肉患者随机分为瑞芬太尼(R)组及芬太尼(F)组(n=15),观察患者各时间点收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)及脑电双频指数(BIS)值;术毕停药到呼之睁眼(M1)及拔管(M2)时间;M1与M2时患者的清醒程度。结果两组插管(T3)时血压均较插管前(T2)时升高,且F组高于R组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组支撑喉镜置入(T5)时血压均较T2时升高,且F组高于R组,组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组插管前、插管时及术中BIS值均较术前降低,但组间差异无统计学显著性(P>0.05)。R组患者的术后唤醒及拔管时间小于F组(P<0.05),且R组患者唤醒及拔管时的清醒程度好于F组(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼联用丙泊酚用于支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术麻醉较芬太尼联用丙泊酚更加平稳,术后恢复更加迅速。 Objective To compare the anesthetic and awakening effects of remifentanil or fentanyl associated with propofol for vocal cord polyp removal with self-retaining laryngoscope.Methods Thirty patients with vocal cord polyp were randomly divided into fentanyl(F) group and remifentanil(R) group with 15 cases in each group.Following indexes were recorded:systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR) and bispectral index(BIS) at the points of before induction(Tl),before intubations(T2),i...
