摘要
滚镀光亮镍存在的一些问题,需要在生产过程中才能发现并得以解决。本文总结了维护滚镀光亮镍镀液的经验,分析了镀液性能以及一些工艺参数对生产成本的影响。提高镀液的导电性,采用较低的电压并增加阳极面积,在较低温度和较高 pH 值条件下施镀,可以降低光亮剂的消耗量,提高镀液的稳定性。
Some problems existing in a bright nickel barrel plating bath can be discovered and resolved in production process, but which can t be done in a laboratory. Experiences for maintenance of the barrel plating bath were summarized, and effects of the plating solution performance and some technique parameters on production cost were studied.
