摘要
企业的经营风险最终都表现财务风险,CFO作为公司制企业的财务主管,理应关注企业的财务风险。本文从广义的财务风险角度出发,探讨了CFO如何面对风险、化解危机,以降低风险给企业造成的伤害。
Corporate enterprises run the risk of not the management,but the finance in the end.CFO,as a finance supervisor in corporate enterprises,ought to be concerned about the financial risk of his enterprise.From the perspective of financial risk in a broad sense,this paper makes a probe into how a CFO can face the financial risks and defuse crisis in order to reduce the damage of risk to his enterprise.
