Fast-paced lifestyle severely affected physical and mental health of university students today, traditional sports health has gained the favor of more and more college students, which not only help improve the physical health of college students, but also help maintain their mental health. Chinese Traditional Sport Health Preservation also plays a very important role in improving the working and learning efficiency and quality of life.
