摘要
采用酸性溶胶法在碳纳米管(CNT)上负载纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)颗粒,并制备了CNT-TiO2修饰电极,利用TiO2与辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)间的静电吸附实现了HRP在CNT-TiO2修饰电极表面的固定。利用硫化物对HRP的抑制作用实现了对硫化物的检测。其峰电流值与硫化物的浓度在0.75×10-7~10.5×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系。方法的检出限为(3S/N)0.206×10-7mol/L。
The composite material of nano-meter titanium dioxide decorated carbon nanotubes (CNT-TiO2) was prepared by acid sol method.Horseradish peroxidase was successfully immobilized on a CNT-TiO2 modified gold electrode (HRP/CNT-TiO2/Au).Orthoaminophenol was chosen as the electron transfer mediator in the system.A novel inhibition-based HRP biosensor for sulfides detection is described.The response of the sensor is based on inhibitory effect of sulfides on the electrocatalytic current of the HRP sensor.The peak c...
