摘要
研究了溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)和KI分离Pt(Ⅳ)的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,在水溶液中,Pt(Ⅳ)与CPB和KI形成不溶于水的三元缔合物PtI62-.2CPB+,此三元缔合物沉淀浮于水相上层形成界面清晰的液-固两相。当溶液中CPB和KI的浓度分别为3.5×10-3mol/L和2.0×10-2mol/L,pH2时,Pt(Ⅳ)可与V(Ⅴ),Zn(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Sn(Ⅳ),Al(Ⅲ),W(Ⅵ),Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ)和Mo(Ⅵ)离子定量分离,本法用于Ni-Pt/Al2O3催化剂中Pt(Ⅳ)的分离和测定,平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.8%(n=7)。
The behavior and conditions for the flotation separation of Pt(Ⅳ) from other metal ions were investigated with cetyl pyridinium bromide-KI system. The results show that Pt(Ⅳ) combines with cetyl pyridinium bromide and KI into a ternary ion association precipitate PtI62-·2CPB+ in the aqueous solutions. The precipitate was floated well on the surface of water phase to make the system divide into both liquid and sold phases with a distinct boundary layer.
