整体式Co基甲烷燃烧催化剂性能研究 被引量:1

Methane Catalytic Combustion over Cobalt-Based Monolith Catalysts

摘要 将质量分数为10%的Co负载在Ce0 2Zr0 4Mn0 4O2(OSM),YSZ Al2O3(Y2O3,ZrO2稳定的γ Al2O3),OSM+YSZ Al2O3(1:1)上,制得Co/OSM,Co/YSZ Al2O3,Co/YSZ Al2O3+OSM(1:1)整体式催化剂。利用XRD和H2 TPR对上述催化剂进行了表征,并研究了催化剂的甲烷催化燃烧性能。XRD结果表明,在OSM和YSZ Al2O3上Co均以高分散形式存在。H2 TPR结果表明Co/YSZ Al2O3+OSM样品的可还原性大于Co/OSM和Co/YSZ Al2O3。不同载体催化剂甲烷燃烧催化活性有如下顺序:Co/YSZ Al2O3<Co/OSM<Co/YSZ Al2O3+OSM;负载催化剂中Co的质量分数为10%时,甲烷催化燃烧活性最佳。 A series of cobalt-based catalysts with different supports have been prepared using impregnation method, and characterized by XRD and H_2-TPR. The catalytic activities for methane combustion were assessed in a micro-reactor. XRD revealed that cobalt was high dispersed on different supports. H_2-TPR revealed that higher the content of OSM in support,higher the reduction of catalysts. YSZ-Al_2O_3 +OSM supported cobalt monolith catalyst was found to have the highest activity amongst Ce_(0.2)Zr_(0.4)Mn_(0.4)O_2 (OSM), YSZ-Al_2O_3 (Y_2O_3, ZrO_2 stabilized alumina) or YSZ-Al_2O_3 +OSM supported catalysts. The methane combustion activity of the YSZ-Al_2O_3 +OSM supported cobalt catalyst was first increased, passed through a maximum and then decreased with increasing the content of cobalt from 1wt% to 20wt%, and the highest activity was observed for the catalyst with 10wt% of cobalt?
