摘要
介绍金属尘化的概念和腐蚀机理,概述了国内外烃类水蒸气转化装置发生金属尘化的事例,重点分析了Uhde,Lurgi及FW转化炉防金属尘化的设计思路及方法,介绍了转化炉采用少量管件短程穿越金属尘化温度区的设计理念,并对新型耐金属尘化合金给予了关注。
The metal dusting concept and corrosion mechanisms were introduced,and the metal dusting cases on steam hydrocarbon reformer furnace both in China and abroad were studied.The design techniques and methods to prevent reformer furnace from metal dusting by Uhde,Lurgi and FW were analyzed.Shortdistance design of a few tubes passing through metal dusting temperature zone were recommended,and new metal-dusting-resistant alloys were described.
