摘要
以中东典型劣质减压渣油为代表,考察了三相自循环加氢和固定床加氢处理组合工艺中的渣油性质变化。数据表明,在加氢处理中,80.9%的硫、32.3%的氮、72.5%的镍、87.4%的钒、57.0%的残炭和87.3%的沥青质被脱除,黏度降低了72.4%。分析了渣油中金属的脱除分布特点,66.5%的镍和75.3%的钒在s1过程中被加氢脱除,阻止了其在高活性催化剂上的沉积,延长了装置运转周期,起到了很好的保护作用。阐明了渣油在加氢处理过程中杂质组分的脱除规律,杂原子硫在四组分中的分布规律为芳烃>胶质>沥青质>饱和烃,而氮在四组分中的分布规律为胶质>芳烃>沥青质,胶质较沥青质容易脱金属。
