摘要
目的:探讨岗位培训在社区护理建设中的重要意义和实施策略。方法:针对社区护理队伍现状和社区护士培训工程所面临的问题,从社区护理服务特点、社区护士工作环境和条件、社区护士服务技术和能力以及所承担的责任几方面讨论。结果:提出建设地区性培训基地,设计结合地区特色的培训内容,针对社区医疗机构运作模式采取多种形式的培训方法。结论:加强社区护士岗位培训工作,对培训质量和认证考核过程的规范化管理是从根本上保护服务对象和社区护士双方权益的必要条件。
Objectives: To explore the significance and implementing strategy of post training during the development of community health nursing. Methods: The authors summarized the status in quo of community nurse personnel and difficulties faced during training the community nurses. The characteristics of community health nursing, circumstances, conditions, techniques and abilities required, and responsibilities of community nurses were discussed in the article. Results: The authors put forward corresponding suggestions including establishing regional training base, designing training contents based on regional community features, and adopting various training methods according to different acting models of the community medical establishments. Conclusion: Strengthening the post training to community nurses and standardizing the management of quality and diploma examination process were necessary to protect the benefits of the clients as well as the community nurses.
