摘要
课程改革情境下,教师成为矛盾的统一体。一方面,他们有被新理念冲击的兴奋;另一方面,他们也在抗拒改革。而这种抗拒的根源来自方方面面。创设必要的条件,并从深层次激发教师的改革热情,对改革推动者来说至关重要。
Under the circumstance of new curriculum reform, teachers have become a unity of all contradictions.On one hand,they are excited at new ideas;the other hand, they resist reforms.There are many different reasons for this kind of resistance.So it is very important for reform-promoters to create necessary conditions and inspire teachers with enthusiasm from deeper level.
