摘要
商业信用在现代商事活动中的作用随着商事交易的频繁及扩大愈发重要,商业信用的财产利益地位也开始优于其人格利益地位,故从法律上对商业信用进行界定以及对其财产性的探讨有实践意义,最后文章对我国商业信用的法律完善提出建议。
With modern company matter being multifarious and extended, business reputation is becoming more and more important. And the property benefit of the business reputation begins to surpass its personality benefits. To define the business reputation in law and study its property nature is very essential in practice. Finally, some suggestion is put forward about how to perfect the law of the business reputation.
