摘要
通过贵州引子渡水电站发电机定子嵌线新工艺与以往的嵌线工艺的对比,阐述了定子嵌线新工艺在定子上层线棒、下层线棒、定子绕组嵌线槽楔装配中的优点及具体的施工操作方法。由于这种新工艺的应用,发电机定子嵌线及其槽楔装配工序变得简单,工艺也极易掌握,而且可保证定子绕组绝缘不受到损伤,抗振作用好,防晕性能好。
Comparing the new embedding process of generator's stator of Yinzidu Hydropower Station with old one,the paper narrates the advantages of new one in installing of up and down line clubs of stator and embedding slot plug of stator winding as well as concrete handle method.Because the new one has been applied,the procedure of embedding and slot plug installing of stator not only has became simple,been easily mastered but also the insulation of the winding of stator could be ensured,resulting in that vibration resistance and anti halo of generator have been improve.
