摘要
从电子效应、立体效应、溶剂效应等方面讨论影响碳正离子的稳定因素,并利用Hammond关于过渡态的假设讨论了碳正离子稳定性和反应性的关系:若活性中间体(碳正离子)与过渡态能量相似,结构相似,在讨论反应性时可直接用活性中间体(碳正离子)代替过渡态,活性中间体(碳正离子)越稳定,越容易生成,其反应性越高。
Through the discussion on electronic effects, stereoelectronic effects and solvent effects which form the ele-ments effecting the stability of carbocation, the present paper makes a discussion on the relationship between the stability ofcarbocation and reactivity based on the bypothesis of transition by Hammond: if the energy and structure of reactive(carbo-cation)and transition state turns out to be similar, then we can simply supplant transition state with reactive intermediatewhile discussing veactivity. Therefore the more stable the reactive intermediate(carbocation) is, the easier the result appearsto be, and the higher the reactivity will be.
