摘要
证明标准问题一直是困扰我国民事诉讼中案件事实认定的一大难题,本文针对证明标准相关概念及两大法系民事证明标准进行了探讨和比较,对确保司法公正具有现实意义。
Civil certificate standard has always been a big problem of factual certificate in civil action in China. This paper discusses and compares relevant concepts of the standard and different standards in the two law systems, which has realistic significance to ensure judicial justice.
