摘要
本文从师范生应用能力的调查入手,通过统计结果透视出师范教育存在的一系列较深层次的问题,进而分析了师范教育对师范生能力素质培养的紧迫性与必要性,并提出了相关的教学改革实施建议。
The paper starts with the investigation of normal students' applied abilities. By the statistics, a series of severer problems have been looked into in normal education, so that the urgency and necessity of training capable qualities of normal students will be debated, suggestions concerned about teaching reform will be put forward .
