摘要
在阐述工程建设质量、进度、投资相互关系的基础上,提出如何通过各类计划投资曲线和实际投资曲线,完成对水电工程建设质量、进度、投资的联合管理。利用上述各曲线(条带)的相对位置还可判断质量、进度、投资三大工程目标的实际状况,以及利用各曲线的动态延伸趋势实现质量、进度、投资的预警功能。
The relationship among the three objectives (quality, pace and investment) for building a hydropower project and how to use different planned investment curves and real curves to carry out integrated control of these objectives are explained. Using the relative position of these curves ( strips) , the real condition of these objectives could be evaluated, and using the dynamic prolonged tendency of these curves, the pre-warning function for these objectives could be achieved.
